The CPH Real Estate Blog is a creation of Dave Chomitz, broker with Royal LePage Pro Alliance Realty. This is my first committed effort to Blogging …. the goal being to create a useful resource for people who want to keep up with real estate and market trends in the lakeshore area between Bowmanville and Brighton. This experiment will hopefully develope into a regular posting site, with contributions from other related propfessioals. Please stop back often.
